About these terms
This website, https://gp4tax.com, is owned by GP Tax Solutions Pvt Ltd. These terms apply whenever you visit the site, create an account or use the client portal. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Some services have their own terms, for example your engagement with us for a particular tax return. Where that is the case, we tell you in the relevant part of the site or in your engagement documents, and those service terms apply alongside these.
Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. When you accept these terms, you enter into an agreement with GP Tax Solutions Pvt Ltd, and GP Tax Solutions Pvt Ltd can rely on and enforce these terms directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply, so please check this page now and then.
Fees, payments and complaints
Fees for your tax services are confirmed by your tax expert before you pay. If something about a charge or a service doesn’t seem right, please contact us first at consult@gp4tax.com or 773-273-7044. When you raise a concern we:
- make a note of it and who is looking after it
- review your file and the work done
- explain what we found and the options for putting it right
- stay in touch until it is resolved
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, we may share our records of the service with that provider so the dispute can be decided.
Misuse of the site
Don’t use the site to send spam, to try to access other people’s accounts or information, or for anything unlawful. We may take legal action against anyone who does.
Inactive accounts
Your account is there for you to use: to upload documents, review and sign your return, and download copies. If an account stays unused for a long time, we may close it. Please sign in from time to time to keep yours active.
Your tax information and consent
To prepare your return we need your personal and tax information. As a tax return preparer we must have your signed consent on Form 7216 before we use or share that information beyond preparing your return. We ask every client to sign it.
Limitation of liability
The general information on this site is provided to help you understand our services. It isn’t advice for your particular situation; your tax expert gives that. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage that results from:
- relying on the general content of this site
- changes we make to the site or its content
- the site or portal being temporarily unavailable, or permanently withdrawn
- your sign-in details or password not being kept safe
Suspending or closing accounts
To keep the site safe for everyone, we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, most often accounts that are fake or send spam. If we suspend a genuine account by mistake, contact us and we’ll restore it.
Privacy
We protect your information when you send it to us and while we hold it, using secure connections, access controls and careful handling by our team. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
