Refund policy
Our fees pay for work that is done for you: preparing, reviewing and filing your returns. Once that work has been completed and your documents have been delivered to you electronically, the fee can’t be refunded.
Some services come with their own terms, which we share with you before you go ahead. Where they say something different about refunds, those terms apply.
Delivery policy
Everything we prepare for you is delivered electronically, by email and in your client portal. We don’t post paper copies, which keeps your documents secure and saves paper.
How long it takes
We usually complete and deliver your order within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays). Close to filing deadlines, when we’re busiest, it can take a little longer, and your tax expert will keep you updated.
