Indian tax returns, handled alongside your US taxes.

Whether you live in India or earn income there while living abroad, we file your Indian income tax return with our Hyderabad team and partner Chartered Accountant firms, and keep it consistent with your US return.

The easiest way to file in India

For most salaried individuals, filing is simple with us: share your Form 16 and answer a few questions, and we prepare and file the return. For NRIs and business owners, we handle the more complex parts: rental and capital gains income, TDS credits, treaty relief and corporate compliance.

Because the same team often prepares your US return, we make sure income reported in both countries lines up and that you claim relief under the India–US Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) where it applies.

How it works

  1. Share your documents. Form 16, bank interest certificates, rent and property details, and your PAN.
  2. We reconcile your tax credits against your Form 26AS and Annual Information Statement so no TDS is lost.
  3. Review and approve the computation with your tax expert.
  4. We file and verify the return, and track any refund due.

Frequently asked questions

I'm an NRI. Do I need to file an Indian tax return?

If your income earned in India, such as rent, interest or capital gains, is above the basic exemption limit, you generally need to file. Filing is also how you claim back excess TDS deducted by banks or tenants.

Will I pay tax on the same income in India and the US?

Usually not in full. The India–US DTAA and foreign tax credits in each country are designed to prevent double taxation. We coordinate both returns so relief is claimed correctly.

What is the deadline for Indian income tax returns?

For individuals whose accounts don't need to be audited, the due date is usually 31 July following the end of the financial year. The government sometimes extends it, so we'll confirm the current date.
