Compliance handled end to end
C-corporations pay tax at the entity level at a flat federal rate of 21%, plus state and sometimes local income or franchise taxes. On top of the annual return come quarterly estimated payments, information returns and, for companies with international activity, cross-border reporting. We coordinate all of it on one calendar.
Our experience in cross-border tax compliance lets us serve both purely domestic companies and those with operations, owners or related companies overseas.

Frequently asked questions
Does an extension also extend the time to pay?
No. An extension gives more time to file the return, but tax owed must still be paid by the original due date to avoid interest and penalties.
We operate in several states. Where do we need to file?
Generally in every state where the company has "nexus," meaning enough presence such as employees, property or sales. We review your activity and register you where it's required.
Can you work with our existing bookkeeper or accountant?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house finance teams and outside bookkeepers.
